Client-provided documents remain the property of the client. Work product created by Foldmark specifically for a client engagement (reports, summaries, completed returns) is licensed to the client for personal use upon delivery.

Foldmark retains the right to reference general service categories and anonymized outcomes for marketing purposes, without disclosing any client-identifying information.

6. Disclaimer of Warranties

The Foldmark website and services are provided on an "as is" basis. While we take our work seriously and aim for accuracy, we do not warrant that the services will be error-free, uninterrupted, or that outcomes will meet any specific expectations beyond what is described in the applicable service agreement.
